Hiya,
I was asleep and awoke at 2am by a loud knock knock...it was a lucid sound..and right next to my right ear...I know I may have been in a semi conscious state but this was real as it was not in my dream state but within the room...above my bed next to my head...
Does anyone have any clues as to what this this...I am doing LBRP could it be spirit coming close now for me to see and hear also sense them...the other week I was being pulled out of bed remember...'

Well uhh.. i have a spirit that follows me.. she's been folllowing me for 10 years (so she says ) iono most spirits i know like to scare ppl just for fun sometimes...or he/she might be trying to tell you something. Ram ( the Spirit) says she thinks its funyn when i get scared. i always hear her foot steps walking around me at night. I know this might sound strange but before sleeping try asking the spirit not to make too much noise while you sleep and if it dont make any noise that night then thank the spirit =] and its probably maybe a good one if its obident.

Some think that amidst the LBRP being an excercise of banishing, performing it also creates a flare up of yourself in the astral. This may attract certain things to your personal space on a long enough time-line, but that's for you to decide.
