i just finished trying to project and i got a lot farther than i ever have. i had a few vibrations then it felt like i was being charged with electricity. it started in my feet and worked its way up. i tried to move my astral feet but couldnt only my physical feet moved. i got a little scared and brought my self out of it. i still felt the electricity in my feet for a while but it finally left. i think i might have been trying to seperate and the electricity was possibly the magnetic hold connecting my bodies? has anybody experiecned this or can you tell me what was going on?

I don't know exactly what causes it, but the buzzing, vibrations, tingling, and loud noises seem to be par for the AP course. I liken them to those bumps on the highway that tell you when you're going to run off the road. The vibrations tell you that you're almost off the reality "highway" and into the astral "off-road." It could be magnetism pulling your astral body away from the real, but there's no real hard evidence to support any such theory (or any theories at that).
Whatever happens to cause it doesn't matter though, they are totally normal, and aren't any cause for alarm.
