What If?

Throughout the entire human history people have believed in a creator(s). This was sometimes a powerful bonfire, sometimes a king from unknown places, sometimes a deity from above... But what if the creator(s) is not that far away? And maybe it is suprisingly very near? Maybe we as humans or other smart organisms are Gods? What do you guys think?

That is along my line of thinking. Humanity created gods, in the human image.

Thus: all gods exist somewhere. Are they, however, 'superior' to humanity, something 'super' natural?

I don't think so, personally.

It's the distribution and balance of power regarding human assumptions and interfacing, that interests me most.

Everything since the consciousness of man is a creation of man's consciousness.

There are definitely bits of reality beyond our current ability to perceive, but calling them spirits or gods is is a very human idea. Hence, our own creation.

Example.... Gravity existed before we perceived it, but it wasn't gravity until we labeled it as such. What was it before gravity? the one and only one thing.
