Questions out of worry ASAP

Need answers ASAP and preferably from Navajo and Native American / indigenous practioners / people

I know my related questions are about a taboo subject, but I do not know anything and am at least slightly worried?

So I was talking to someone I know last night and I had shown them a few tiktoks, and for one of them they had said a name / word that should not be said.

I know it is just the over paranoid / worrrying part of myself, but: Do I need to worry about them being attacked and or replaced at all? Can / Do they even turn into humans?

If so, how can I tell and what do I do? Will they be acting different at all? Could it happen during the daytime at all potentially? Could / Can they be replaced and I'd never notice? Could there still be way(s) to tell? Is there ways to protect them? Will / would prayer just work? Like Christian prayer?

Does saying the English word cause anything to happen? I have heard / read that saying the english term is okay. Does it depend on when and or how you say it? Or even where? Does it depend even on what season and or time of day?

Would / Will saying it out loud make something happen at all to see if anything happens? Does it depend if you believe or not and or are scared or not?

Do they stay away from those who are not afraid?

Does making a witch/mage/druid character who can shape shift and even mimic count as such? I fear of accidentally doing that.

What should I do if it's been multiple days?

Does just merely reading and or thinking the original word cause something to happen and or attract attention at all? Or is this differing beliefs?

How likely would the curse be? Can they do it if one lives far away from the sacred mountains?
Can they do it without materials or do they need materials for it?

Does imagining what they look like any any form and or a story especially a true story involving them cause something to happen at all?
