Got a question: is there a preset auto logoff timeout?
Sometimes when reading a "long diatribe or two", or going to get a sandwich and a beer from the kitchen without other activity, I seem to have been auto logged off. Is there a preset time for this? Say 5-10 minutes for example, mod / admin / anyone know? Maybe it's my perception, but it seems like this might be a relatively recent thing?

Re: Auto logoff?
That sounds unusual. Sessions not meant to last indefinitely, but 5-10 minutes sounds way too short. I've not noticed anything like that myself.
Who is your ISP? Are they known for spying, packet sniffing?
At least where I'm at, most of the net became almost unusable without a VPN, over the past few years, just because gov and corporate spying is breaking all secure sessions and connections.
Either way, I'll test and check if there's anything related on our side, but probably after couple more days, when DNS changes settle down. Currently too many important parts are still in motion, and it could be related to that in some way.

Re: Auto logoff?
I was "guesstimating" the time, it was probably longer than that I noticed that I was logged off after "some" time-frame, merely asking if there was some preset time for that, no major deal, I'm aware there's a lot going on, Thanks!Cerber wrote: Tue Jun 02, 2026 11:43 pm That sounds unusual.
