How would one know if they're being demonically oppressed?

There was this time in the past, where it seemed to me that people could read my mind. I would be thinking of something etc. and then all of a sudden a directed conversation with certain people would appear regarding that exact same idea I was thinking of. At the time, it came off like, "they wanted me to know that they knew what I was thinking," without literally telling me that. So they were using an indirect method for me to come to this conclusion.

I've read in here, that demons can read minds etc. So my question is, was it simply those people doing this; using psychic tools and clairvoyance etc. and messing with me.
Or were demons temporarily possessing them or directing their conversations towards me?

I've heard and seen many supernatural things and I am completely healthy mentally.

It happens to almost everyone. It's just the way our mind works.
For people who practice mental techniques it might happen more often, but it can happen to ordinary persons who are generally more open and allow themselves to be influenced by their surroundings.

It's generally not a bad thing and even if it feels a little scary or uncanny there is nothing to be afraid of. Most of us actually see it as beneficial, so I don't think anybody would use it as a hex or curse.

Curses are usually massive amounts of negative energy, it can feel like your under constant attack, drained of power or that extreme bad luck is following you around. It's never something that comes and goes or just happen sporadically, it's a constant pressure. So what you are describing doesn't sound like an attack from anybody or anything.

Just try and see it as a fun and odd thing that happened, and don't pay to much attention to it.
If it comes back or start happening more and more often, there are some techniques you can use to keep it under control, so check back in the future if the problem persists.
