I have been learning Chaos Magick but I'm curious about sigils.

I mean, after crafting handful of them, I noticed the ones with a strongest kick were usually the ones that made me suffer the most, during creation.

Pain is a great spice. One can certainly make something without it, but I personally prefer that extra kick, if I can get it.

It seems that happiness is of the personality and joy is of the spirit.

So, while immersed in the spirit and feeling joy, draw a sigil that expresses the flow of spirit.

I suspect that many great artists proceeded thus.

Interesting ! I also agree with your assumption about artists creating using the flow of the spirit.
