Hello other humans ,
this other night I was wondering in a satanic website(*just thought it might be helpful)
and came accross a page called Satanic Hypnosis , which had instructions on self hypnosis which I wanted to try .It said about a method to get into trance state.
I tried it when lying down on bed before sleeping the method goes as follows
Imagine you are in a very dak and black environment , and you are going down a ladder just imagine the ladder too be invisible(*to create a falling body effect) . When u inhale hold on tight and go down a few steps when exhale .

If anyone is experieced with this please help me .
1] my body began vibrating at a low frequency as a whole
2] I felt higher frequency vibration coming from myy feet towards the upper part of my genitals and then felt as if I was bieng thrashed into my bed continuosly , but I know my physical body was still af .

Please help me , the experience was truly scary

Trancecportation by Diane Paxton, is a good book.
Singing the Soul Back Home by Caitlin Mathews, also solid.

For trance work.....the general principle is you want to "relax" the body, so you can partially "step out" with the Astral form. If your tense....then your capacity to "step out" will be restricted. Practicing breath-work for relaxation, is simple, but a good place to start.

In regard to your experience, not sure....maybe stay away from that technique.

thanks , Wildwolf and Amor for the reviews
I didnot try the technique after the night
but one of my friends tried it today (*he has achieved Astral Projection) so I contacted him first
he did it and said that he felt as if his entire limbs were getting twisted
maybe it is good not to do it perhaps
