There is an indwelling spirit that attacks the digestive organs, pierces the muladhara. It covers the body (aura) with its shell and "rolls" or waves of heat or cold go through the body. How to protect the organs and most importantly the muladhara? The spirit has entered the heart, there are almost no pulsations, I can start it by running or doing sports.
